President’s Fund
The President’s Fund is an initiative set up by the President of the Spiritualists’ National Union, Minister Jackie Wright, to help support Churches and Centres with grants towards their day-to-day needs.
Minister Wright explains what the President’s Fund is:
In 2023, we announced the President’s Fund, a new initiative to help support our churches.
As a tutor at the Arthur Findlay College, I am paid in line with the college’s policies. The idea behind the President’s Fund is that I will donate all earnings from my work at the AFC into a special reserve that is available for our Churches and Centres to apply for.
Grants of up to £500 shall be considered for all applications. This might be a way for your church to buy new kitchen equipment, essential redecoration needs or new equipment that will allow the Church to welcome new people.
In order to be eligible for the fund, churches must currently hold no more than £10,000 in cash.
Applications for urgent, essential or mandatory needs will be prioritised.
Limited to one application per Church/Centre, per year.
