Introducing a new SNU complaints system… 🌻
After listening to your responses and feedback to the Union’s old complaints process, we are pleased to be introducing a brand new system to address those concerns.
In this update video, Minister Jackie Wright, President of the Spiritualists’ National Union, discusses the new system and the priorities and rationale behind its development.
More information will follow in due course, but we hope you welcome this new development as another sign of the SNU listening to members and delivering on their needs.
