We have recently started issuing documents and information relating to this year’s Annual General Meeting, taking place in Bromsgrove, 26th – 27th September 2026.

This article will update members on what information they should have received, what resources are currently available, and what steps lie ahead.

Two sets of circulations sent out so far…

As of today (Friday 22nd May 2026), the two following circulations have been sent out to members:

  • 26 Weeks’ Circulation – this contains an overview of the 26 weeks’ motions adopted for AGM 2026, as well as a copy of the Call for Motions form.
  • Nominations circulation – this contains a covering letter, nominations forms for elected positions on the NEC 2026 and a copy of the AGM 2026 Paper booking form

These will have been delivered either electronically via email, or via post, depending on your chosen preference.

Please note – delivery of paper circulations will be dependent on postal services, so may take longer to arrive than electronic equivalents.

AGM landing page and online resources now available

We have also recently launched our dedicated AGM 2026 landing page, here on the SNU website.

This page contains up-to-date information on this year’s AGM, and will continue to be updated over the coming weeks and months.

There is also an ‘essential documents’ sub-page, which contains copies of key documents and resources, and will also continue to be updated.

Online booking and payment now live!

We have also now sent live our simple and responsive online booking form, which you can use to register and book your place at this year’s AGM, and tailor it for all of your dining, accomodation and accessibility needs.

You can book online, including making payment securely and safely online, by clicking on the button below:

Attending via Zoom

We would like to remind members that all delegates for AGM must book a place to register their attendance. This includes members who will be joining online via Zoom.

This year’s AGM Zoom meeting credentials will not be publicly available, and will only be sent to those who have registered to attend.

Dedicated AGM inbox

We have also set up a dedicated inbox specifically for AGM related enquiries, including booking queries.

Please direct any such questions or queries to agm@snu.org.uk.

Next steps & receiving circulations

There will be further documents, circulations and information being sent out over the coming weeks and months, including important future steps such as voting, and receiving key document such as the AGM agenda.

All circulations will continue to be sent either directly by Head Office or through our electoral service providers, Mi Voice.

All AGM circulations will be sent either electronically via post or email, depending on your chosen preferences.
